The 25-year-old Ukraine international has signed a four-year deal, which contains a £28.7m buy-out clause, and joins from an undisclosed fee from the competition's losing side...
Sevilla announced earlier this month that the player had undergone a medical with the club after agreeing personal terms, but reiterated that they had not yet reached a full settlement with his former club, while his contract was set to expire on July 31.
Konoplyanka enjoyed a superb season for Ukraine Premier League's third-place finishers, starring in their journey to the Europa League final, where they were beaten by Sevilla.
He had previously been the subject of interest from a number of clubs in the Premier League, almost joining Liverpool in January 2014, while West Ham tried unsuccessfully to sign him last summer, with a £12m bid rejected.
Tottenham's technical director Franco Baldini is also a big fan of the forward and attempted to bring him to Spurs in summer 2014, only for discussions with Dnipro to break down, before re-exploring the idea again in January.
Spurs were not interested in Konoplyanka this summer and several English newspapers also reported the player could have been destined for Stoke City.
