Chelsea crisis, can Mourinho save the team ?

Chelsea was the team to be beaten on Premier League last year ,but isn’t the same this season. With only 8 points on 7 games , Chelsea form is disturbing a lot their fans , but how can they get out from this situation ??
1. Defence Organization
Defence was strongest point of Chelsea last season when they lifted the title but it doesn’t seem so this season when Chelsea had almost received goals on very game. If London champions has bigger objective than surviving on the league they must improve something on that defence repart !
2. Creativity and game speed
On 2 last games vs Arsenal and Newcastle , had scored 4 goals but more important is that has created a lot of scoring chances. Willian has put his fantasy on the game , and Ramires and Hazard help a lot as wingers with their speed !
